At Stick.U, we believe your vibe deserves a sticker and we’re here to make it happen.
Our Website
By using Stick.U, you agree to:
-Use our website only for lawful purposes.
-Provide accurate and honest information when making an order.
-Not copy, share, or misuse any Stick.U content or designs.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms.
Custom Designs
Stick.U allows you to upload and personalise your own sticker designs.
By uploading any design, you confirm that:
- Uploading a max amount of 9 images - JPG, PNG, PDF
- You own or have the legal right to use the design, artwork, or text.
- Your design does not include offensive, harmful, or illegal material.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any design that violates these rules or our brand values.
Orders and Payments
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Once printing has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
- Payments can be made via Debit Card & Apple.
Shipping and Delivery
Stick.U ships orders using Evri delivery service.
Our Shipping Schedule
We aim to ship orders every Tuesday and Friday.
To be eligible for the next shipping day, your order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Custom stickers are shipped after 3-4 working days due to the creation process.
Important Note
While we aim to follow this schedule consistently, shipping days are not guaranteed.
Orders may occasionally be dispatched earlier or later than planned due to production time, order volume, or delivery service availability.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure every order meets our quality standards.
Additional Information
• Delivery times depend on your location and Evri’s service.
• Stick.U is not responsible for delays once a parcel has been handed over to the courier.
• Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order — we cannot replace items sent to incorrect addresses.
Returns and Refunds
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery on our Instagram DM or Email.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Intellectual Property
All Stick.U content — including our logo, images, designs, and website materials — is protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, distribute, or use any of it without written permission.
Custom designs uploaded by customers remain their property. However, by submitting a design, you grant Stick.U a non-exclusive license to use it solely for production and promotional purposes related to your order.
Limitation of Liability
Stick.U will not be liable for:
- Delays or disruptions in delivery
- Loss or damage caused by third-party carriers (including Evri)
- Indirect or consequential damages related to product use
Our total liability will never exceed the total amount paid for your order.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us.
Any personal information you provide (such as your name, address, email, or payment details) will be used only to process and deliver your order.
We promise that:
- Your details will never be shared, sold, or distributed to anyone outside Stick.U.
- We will only contact you regarding your orders or updates you’ve chosen to receive.
- Your information is stored securely and handled with care.
